COVID-19 Related Safety Protocols
Safety Protocols:
• Masks are strongly encouraged, except when actively eating or drinking
• Please practice social distancing whenever possible
• Frequent cleaning & sanitizing of guest space will be provided
• Enhanced deep cleaning & sanitization of objects that are frequently touched will be provided
• Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the hotel event space
The risk of exposure to and/or the spread of COVID-19 is inherent in any public space when people are present. Please be advised that by participating in this event, you may be exposed to COVID-19 and do hereby exonerate and discharge the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation from any and all liability for harm, actions, damages, losses, and demands which may occur due to your exposure to COVID-19 at the event.
Program Check-In
Registration begins at 7:30am CT. Check in at the registration table outside Stone Arch 1/2.
Getting to the Venue:
Self-Parking is free and available on-site, but may be limited. We have arranged for complimentary Valet Parking for attendees.
To access Valet service, pull up to main entrance and let them know you are attending the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation program.

Refreshments:
A light continental breakfast, boxed lunch, and refreshments will be served. We will do our best to offer a variety of options for different dietary needs. If you have specific needs, you are welcome to bring your own food/beverage to the venue.
Hotel Accommodations:
Guestrooms are available for $109/night on September 9th, and available to book until August 19th, 2022. Please book your guestroom here

Shuttle Service for Hotel Guests:
The Hyatt Regency Bloomington offers a free airport shuttle that runs daily on demand from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Hyatt Regency Bloomington is located only 2.8 miles from MSP Airport. Free shuttle service is available for hotel guests to the Mall of America, located just minutes away by car. The mall can also be reached via the METRO Blue Line.
